Christian Values Portfolio

For clients who would like to align their investments with their faith, we offer a Christian Values Portfolio. Customized to each client based on their personal risk tolerance and goals, the Christian Values Portfolio has these characteristics:

  • Portfolio is broadly and deeply diversified – as King Solomon wrote, “Divide your portion to seven, or even to eight, for you do not know what misfortune may occur on the Earth.” (Ecclesiates 11:2) 

  • Professional Money Management using select firms that John-Mark and Matthew have interviewed and ensured are aligned with the heart of a Christian Values Portfolio. Proverbs 15:22 – “Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisors they succeed.” 

  • Christian values screening at the investment level. Typically, the managers will not invest in any company that does not align with Biblical and Christian values. These managers will steer clear of companies that are in or support the abortion, pornography, liquor, tobacco and gambling industries.
