Ben Allen understands that serving clients’ financial and investment needs begins with building strong, lasting partnerships. He focuses on listening to each client because he believes everyone’s needs and financial goals for the future are unique. As a fiduciary Financial Advisor for Whitaker Myers Wealth Managers, he puts his clients—and their needs—first.

Offering a wide range of investment services and alternatives, Ben is committed to helping you achieve your financial goals. Specializing in a planning-based approach to your money, he works with clients to design investment portfolios to meet their individual needs. Ben also believes in advising with the heart of a teacher, and like Dave Ramsey, Ben’s focus is on helping clients live their lives debt-free and financially independent.

Ben has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Virginia University and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Ben joined Whitaker-Myers in 2013, initially focusing on helping clients with insurance and risk-management solutions. Prior to joining Whitaker-Myers Wealth Managers as a Financial Advisor, Ben served for over 12 years as an Area Director with Young Life serving in Huntington, West Virginia, Greenwich, Connecticut, and Columbus, Ohio.

Ben's commitment to client education is unwavering. He has the heart of a teacher and loves learning, which he uses to empower his clients through education. Currently, he is working toward completion of his RICP© (Retirement Income Certified Professional) designation through the American College of Financial Services.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in the community. He has been married to Liz for 17 years, and together, they have four boys who love to play soccer. Ben has also coached high school lacrosse for 13 seasons, most recently at Dublin Coffman High School.
